Atletico
Madrid striker Radamel Falcao has stressed that he is completely
focused on his own performances and is not looking to measure himself
against Barcelona star Lionel Messi and Real Madrid attacker Cristiano
Ronaldo.
The Colombia international revealed
earlier this summer that he is ready to compete with the duo for the
Pichichi trophy, but Falcao has made it clear that helping Atletico to
success is his main priority.
“I did not say I wanted to compete with
Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi,” Falcao was quoted as saying by AS. “I
simply want to score goals to help my team, nothing more. At the end
we’ll see where I am.
