Kidnap Scene Of Delta State Commissioner

The bloody  scene where Delta State Commissioner for Higher Education, Hope Eghagha, was  kidnapped yesterday.Dr. Eghagha's abductors  shot and killed his police orderly before speeding off with the commissioner abandoning his official vehicle.

Hope he is found soon and safe!
