A rare photo of Zaaki Azzay without his customary Black and White striped head warmer
For over 2 decades, we’ve grown
accustomed to seeing Nigerian musician Zaaki Azzay donning a white and
black striped head warmer.
The embattled singer posted this picture
on Facebook, Sunday, September 23, 2012 , taking off his cap for the
first time in many years – giving us something else to talk about, apart
from his on-going bitter separation from his wife?
Zaaki, a Tiv (Benue) native has often
explained that his white and black head warmer is a way of honouring his
ancestors -he’ll definitely need them to come to his aid now, with all the allegations coming from his wife…
