RIHANNA DROPPED FROM NIVEA CAMPAIGN: CONSIDERED A NO GO TO THE BRAND'S FAMILY IMAGE BY THE NEW HEAD NIVEA'S PARENT FIRM ''BEIERSDORF''

Rihanna, who was previously given the distinction of being the face of Nivea’s
100th anniversary, has been dropped as the face of the skin-care company.

The singer appeared in a series of adverts for the company who also sponsored her ‘Loud’ world tour last year; however the new head of Nivea’s parent firm, Beiersdorf has said the pop star is inappropriate for their brand.‘The advert staring Rihanna was a no go. I do not understand how Nivea can be bought into association with Rihanna’ said Stefan Heidenreich.‘Nivea is a company which stands for trust, family and reliability’ he added.
.

In recent months, Rihanna has left many fans shocked with her wild partying. Last year she appeared topless for Nivea’s 100 Years Skincare for Life campaign.

However it seems she didn’t mind at being dropped by the company as she posted a series of racy photos on her twitter account yesterday while out partying.I guess when you’re as successful as Rihanna, even Nivea can’t ruin your day.
